HOLLOWAY HEAD ROAD – REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Shire Group have been awarded full design duties on a new-build apartment / commercial complex in the centre of Birmingham.
The building will house 34 apartments and have a mixed use commercial development to the ground floor.
We are currently looking into utility connections and carrying out diversity checks to ensure the local network can support the buildings requirements.
SAP/SBEM calculations will then be carried out by our accredited assessors and M&E proposal will then be put forward for comment.
