Victoria Plaza is a new-build housing development comprising of 143 apartments, retail space and car park.
We have been awarded full M&E, SBEM and SAP design for this project and are currently working on providing the client with UXO assessments, utility reports and initial surveys.
M&E design works will commence early 2021 with the build commencing shortly after.
