Shire Group have been appointed to carry out stage 4 and 5 M&E design works on this new build development in the centre of Lichfield.
This high-spec redevelopment project stems from the local District Council’s plans to address the Greater Birmingham housing market area issues, the specifics of which have identified the shortfall in housing provision within the Litchfield area.
The Local Plan Strategy identifies Lichfield City as the key sustainable settlement within the District and as such a key focus for growth.
The existing site was an old redundant Kwik Saves supermarket and has since been demolished to make way for this new luxurious development.
The site will boast luxury apartments and a commercial plot to the front façade offering local business to the area.
There will also be a large solar PV array on the roof ensuring compliance with Part L is met.
