This new-Build luxury residential apartment block on Clapham Rd in London has recently completed.
The project houses 29 luxury apartments split between two blocks. Block ‘A’ being a listed Georgian-era house and the other Block ‘B’ a newbuild apartment block complete with commercial accommodation to the basement / ground floor area.
Shire Group were appointed to assist with the stage 4 / 5 works by the main contractor on-site and help achieve practical completion in a timely manner. We provided loading calculations for plant equipment, assisted with utility connections and aided with procurement of equipment / commissioning.
The apartments are provided with CHP community heating & hot water, along with MVHR and solar PV.
There is a commercial shell & core unit to the basement / ground floor of the new-build element and the plots offer spacious apartments within a well sought after area.
