This new-build student accommodation building has recently completed and been handed over to the client.

We worked closely with the architect during RIBA stage 3 to ensure containment routes, void and incoming services were accommodated at ease.

We selected all plant equipment and produced a stage 4 technical drawings for tendering purposes. We reviewed M&E tender submittals and aided the client in picking a suitable contractor.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to carry out the construction monitoring on this scheme but the finished result looks superb.

The property is complete with MEV fans to every student bedroom. MVHR / Comfort Cooling to communal areas and a host of added benefits to make those first few years of student life as comfortable as possible.
